There is information about what is inside the magazine as it is a contents page, and i cant see a page number, suggesting it is an earlier page in the magazine which doesn't need a page.

The headings stand out most as they are bold capital letters inside a black box, and the text touches the edges and because it is white it looks like the text has been cut out of the box.

The main image is of a man playing the guitar; it is in the centre of the page and catches the eye, this is because it is lively and colourful, it attracts fans of the Arctic Monkeys and other fans of he rock genre as he is playing guitar and dresses in a rock style.
